To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8ag4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
ph8ag4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8ag4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph8ag4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ph8ag4 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph8ag4 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.
You may close your ph8ag4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review.
ph8ag4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ph8ag4, you agree to first contact ph8ag4 support to seek an informal resolution. ph8ag4 commits to providing a written response to formal disputes within forty-eight (48) hours. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
ph8ag4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
